The Coordination Center was established in January 2022 as a pilot project between NPP and the County of Hawai’i to increase access to island-wide programs and services. NPP was awarded funds through the County’s Homelessness and Housing Support Grants in May 2023 to continue serving the island of Hawai’i as a one-stop housing and services resource center.
