The Coordination Center offers a single point of contact for Hawai’i County residents who may need assistance finding or maintaining stable housing. This may include connection to programs to help find housing (“Housing Navigation”), rent & utility assistance, financial counseling, replacing essential documents, family supports, and other resources as needed.

The Family Resource Center

The Family Resource Center provides families with diapers, clothing, formula, parenting classes, housing navigation and free counseling. We are here for local families. (Please note: if your family is currently
experiencing homelessness please call (808)345-0202 for immediate assistance). For all other Family Resource Services please apply below.

Emergency Rental & Utility Assistance

The Emergency Rental and Utility Assistance Program is a temporary program we are administering to support households who have been financially impacted with income loss during Covid-19. If you have lost work since March 2020, you may be eligible for up to 12 months of Rental and Utility Assistance for your household. If you think you may qualify, don’t be shy.  Apply below!
